Registration fee for SEFI and IGIP members, non-members and students
includes Welcome reception and night swimming in the Cave Bath on 1st
of July, Conference Sessions, lunches and coffee breaks, one dinner
and Conference Banquet, Proceedings in book and on CD, plus local
transportation and free use of public transport in Miskolc town with
the name badge between 30th of June and 5th of
July.
Accompanying person’s fee includes Welcome reception and night

guided tour in Miskolc, the dinner on the 2nd of July and
the Conference Banquet on the 3rd of July, free use of
public transport in Miskolc town with the name badge between 30th

Registrations submitted after
13
April 2007
are subject to a 20%
additional charge.
Method of Payment
The
fee indicated in the confirmation letter of the registration,
including the registration fee and shuttle bus fee between the Airport
and Hotel should be transferred to the following bank account:

Please indicate the
registration number,
name of the participant and "SEFI-IGIP2007" in the
comment line of the transfer.
Please observe that your registration will be finally accepted only
when full registration fee has been received.
The
hotel accommodation should be paid directly to the hotel except of
Uni-Hotel and University Hostel.
The
accommodation fee in Uni-Hotel or University Hostel, and the social
events fee can be paid by bank transfer before the 1st of
June or at the registration desk on the conference in cash or with
credit card.
Local Currency
The
Hungarian monetary unit is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). In January
2007: EUR 1 = 260 HUF; USD 1 = 200 HUF.
Major credit cards are accepted in many shops and restaurants. The
organisers recommend a visit to the website
www.hungary.com for information on the exchange rate, shopping and
travel information.
Confirmation
Confirmation of
registration and hotel reservation will be sent by e-mail to all
registered participants.
Cancellation
In case of need to
cancel participation, the cancellation must be sent in writing to the
conference secretariat. If cancellation is received by 1st
of May 2007 at the latest, your payment minus 13.000 HUF (~EUR 50) for
administration costs, will be refunded. No refund is possible for
cancellations after the 1st of May.
The conference participation is also transferable
to another person. In that case, please contact the conference
secretariat for new delegate information.
