Guidelines and
instructions for authors and speakers
List of accepted for
presentation abstracts
At least one of the authors of each paper has to be registered and
paid the registration fee by 30 April 2007, in order to have the paper
published in the Proceedings.
To give as many chances to the authors as we can, the Conference
Committee reserves the right to charge the 2nd, 3rd,
… abstracts coming from the same author by €50 (teamwork) to €100
(individual paper) each.
Full papers will be available on CD-ROM and the abstracts in printed
format, providing the full paper has been received by the organisers
on or before 30 April 2007. Papers received after that date may not be
included.
Printed Proceedings of abstracts and CD-ROM of full papers will be
provided to all registered participants at the registration desk of
the conference at arrival.
Authors should also
send to the conference organisers a signed Transfer of Copyright
Agreement.

Conference Language
The
language of the Conference is mainly English, at some IGIP sessions
German and/or English where simultaneous translation will be provided.
All abstracts must be submitted in English even if the full paper were
worked out in German.
