Travel to/from
Miskolc
By air
There are
three Terminals at Budapest Ferihegy Airport receiving and sending
flights from to all important cities of Europe and some other
continents as well.
(i)
Terminal 1 is dedicated to
cheap air companies it is located roughly 10 kilometres from the
centre of the capital city.
(ii)
Terminal 2A is particularly
involved in flights operated by the Hungarian Airlines, MALÉV. It is
connected in one huge unit to
(iii)
Terminal 2B which is
engaged to foreign Airlines. Both Terminals 2A and 2B are situated
around 15 kilometres far from the city centre.
On 29 and 30 June
2007, then on 1 July University of Miskolc will arrange direct shuttle
coach transportation from all three terminals 4 to 6-times a day
depending on the number of arriving participants. This is why your
arrival time including flight name and number would be important
particulars for the organisers. This shuttle coach price would cost
around the same price as the train ticket plus transportation price to
KELETI i.e. EUR 35 to the accommodation site in the Miskolc area. One
way travel takes roughly 2 and half hours. If you for some reasons can
not take this shuttle coach service it is recommended to purchase
AIRPORT MINIBUS to any place of Budapest with Railway Station
inclusive.
Going back
from Miskolc to Budapest-Ferihegy Airport shuttle coaches will be
running on 4, 5 and 6 June thus your departure time including flight
name and number is needed on the Registration Form.

that you want a first or second class ticket to the Intercity train
departing time inclusive as KÉREK

osztályú jegyet ………… indulással Miskolcra helyjeggyel.
("Helyjegy" means reserved ticket and the dots give you place to write
