Agreement for
publication of contributions presented during the SEFI and IGIP Joint
annual Conference 2007
Between SEFI-IGIP and
the local institution of the SEFI Annual Conference 2007 the following
agreement will be effective:
1.
SEFI and IGIP are the sole owners of
publication and reproduction rights of the contributions presented
during the Annual Conference organised under their names, hereafter
entitled "SEFI and IGIP Joint Annual Conference 2007".
2.
SEFI and IGIP authorise generally the
local institution organising their Joint Annual Conference to publish
by themselves in advance the contributions of the participants and
other contributors and to commercialise the Proceedings of the
Conference before and during the conference.
3.
The local organising institution of the
SEFI and IGIP Joint Annual Conference accepts that it will not publish
or allow a third party to publish, before 12th months after
the Conference the papers accepted for it, without the official
authorisation of SEFI and/or IGIP.
4.
At the end of the Annual Conference and
during a period of 12 months, SEFI and IGIP reserve the rights to
publish in their own publications (EJEE, SEFI-News, Documents etc.)
the texts of the presentations of the main contributors or any
selection of contributions presented during the Annual Conference.
5.
The local organising institution of SEFI
and IGIP Joint Annual Conference accepts to make known by writing and
in advance to authors of contributions these conditions of
publication.
They equally accept to obtain their agreement in
respect of these conditions.
6.
In the case of the SEFI and IGIP Joint
Annual Conference particular conditions are defined by the SEFI
Administrative Council and IGIP Executive Committee for the rights of
publication of the contributions as follows:
- Generally,
the sole owner of the publications of SEFI Institutional, Individual
and Associate Members is SEFI provided that it does not use this right
for some reasons.
- Generally,
the sole owner of the publications of IGIP Institutional, Individual
and Associate Members is IGIP provided that it does not use this right
for some reasons.
- Both
SEFI and IGIP reserve the right after having the other society's
approval to use the other party's publication(s) in its own
publication(s).
These contributions
should always abide by the spirit of the present agreement concerning
the restriction of the rights to publish imposed on the organising
institutions and on the third parties.
